One of the best image tools out there for Windows.  Infranview is a small quick program that will allow you to view just about any image file format out on the net.

you can quickly and easily convert to and from those files.  Infranview also includes a way to batch process images, crop, rotate, and other minor image corrections.
It is also compatable with PhotoShop plug ins!   and though the use of a plugin pack it will enable you to play back a verity of music formats and lessor used image formats.
